Protein Puppychow

Who doesn’t love puppy chow during the holiday season!? Finding ways to eat your favorite snack or treat in a healthier matter to stick with your goals is doable! Check out this recipe I created to help find the balance in my snacking!

Ingredients:

5ish cups Chex mix- I seem to always need more Chex mix so eye it out

1/3 cup protein power 

1/4 cup pb2 

1/3 cup coconut sugar 

1/4 cup powdered sugar 

1/3 cup white chocolate chips- I used Lily’s Sweets brand

1/2 cup peanut butter 

Sprinkles 



Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, measure out your 5 cups Chex mix. Set aside. In a Ziplock bag or paper grocery bag, combine protein powder, PB2, coconut sugar, powdered sugar, and sprinkles. Set aside. In microwavable bowl or sauce pan, melt peanut butter and white chocolate chips, stir together and pour over bowl of Chex mix. After combined, pour into bag of dried ingredients. Shake er up, mix er around, and make sure powder mix is covering all of the Chex mix annnnnd dump out on a tray or bowl. Eat happily, or wait, but you should probably try it now!
