Where do you train out of?

Bre travels to clients' homes or you can go to her house where she has all of her equipment at hand.

What if I don’t have equipment or only a few things?

Bre travels with equipment or formats your workouts to best suit whatever equipment you have!

How do I pay?

Contact Bre, and you can find the best way to pay that is convenient for YOU! Some methods we accept are Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash, and check.

What if I'm completely new to fitness?

Bre finds a way to make fitness fun, enjoyable, and doable for anyone! No matter the age or the fitness level, she enjoys making plans for everyone.

What if I don’t see a service that is suitable for me?
