“Some would say it is almost impossible to start a weight loss journey in a pandemic, but with the help and support from Bre, anything is possible. Down 70lbs in a year -during a pandemic. I chose it to be the best time to start my health journey. I was able to take the extra time and focus on myself with some major help from Bre. Stepping on the scale in February and weighing in at almost 300lb was one of the worst feelings for me. I started following B Fit on instagram for workouts and nutrition ideas.

However, it was her zoom classes that got me going. It was a great way to get in a quick workout with her motivation and guidance when I wasn’t confident enough to do exercise in front of others. Bre encouraged me and helped me focus on all of my improvements, always making sure to point out even the smallest accomplishments that helped me realize I was making strides towards my goal. I have many physical barriers that held me back for so many years and instead of pushing me to keep trying exercises I couldn't do she took it on as a challenge to think of modifications and alternative workouts so I no longer could use those barriers as an excuse! She is also great at working with my crazy busy schedule to make a program that is right for me.
